The Quilted Duffle Bag can be made in one of two sizes. In the large bag, the twelve blocks are used on the front and back. In the smaller bag, the front and back each have four blocks and the remaining four blocks are used for the two sides.
The NY Beauty block is made with foundation piecing onto preprinted muslin blocks which are included in the pattern. A total of twelve preprinted blocks are included. Foundation piecing is the same technique as paper piecing, but no paper needs to be torn out.
The bags are great for carrying around quilts, fabrics and supplies. They also make great overnight bags.
